The following full-time position is immediately available:
Women’s Resident Assistant – She must be a born-again Christian who is actively involved with a local fellowship of believers and who has the educational background/experience necessary to share in the administration of the programs instituted in the Women and Children’s work. She will be able to inspire and work with the residents in keeping with the stated purpose of the Center. She must be in full agreement with the Mission Statement and inspire others by living an exemplary life according to the Bible’s standards. Desiring to win people to Christ, she must be flexible as well as teachable so that the Lord’s will be done at the Mission. She must be able to teach, and minister to the needs of those placed in her care.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to office work, driving, supervising scheduled activities, resident intakes, inspecting rooms, attending staff meetings, enforcing rules and regulations, teaching Bible-based classes as assigned by the Director/Assistant Director, handling emergencies, supervising volunteers, and monitoring resident medications.
