SUPPORT SERVICES

A Path Toward Greater Stability

Work experience, extended shelter and community support for guests preparing for what comes next.

Work Readiness Program

Our Volunteer Extension (VE) Program offers emergency shelter guests the opportunity to stay for a longer period while gaining valuable work experience. Participants volunteer throughout the Mission’s campus in exchange for an extended stay in a designated dormitory.

Along the way, they build practical job skills, develop supportive relationships and take meaningful steps toward greater stability.
